• Possess a deep understanding of agile processes and product development methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to independently & quickly learn about technical concepts
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate trade-offs and make effective decisions
• Extremely organized, responsive, & accountable with excellent time management skills
• Excellent written & verbal communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to juggle multiple projects
• Self-motivating, able to assume responsibility and work autonomously in a professional manner

What you'll do:

• Leads in all stages of software development, including planning, implementation, testing, documentation and release. Responsible for the successful product delivery and all product requirements.
• Work closely with the Technical Lead to plan the project: read specifications, create milestones & roadmap, create tasks, set priorities, etc
• Lead project management rituals such as standup, sprint planning, & retrospectives, stewardship, security processes, and community contributions
