What we are looking for:

We're looking for an Executive Assistant to help our CEO and founder with scheduling,  and planning, and other everyday tasks. This person will work closely with the team management and report directly to the CEO. The job is remote part-time (possibly full-time depends on the workload).

The perfect candidate for us will have an exceptional attention to details and the ability to comprehend and reflect the management style, needs and preferences of the CEO.

Who we're looking for:

• 2+ years of administrative support experience at a startup, VC, or other equivalent experience.
• Ability to anticipate the CEO's needs and act without significant direction; ability to execute in ambiguous situations.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to double-check work.
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
• Openness to asking questions and collaborating frequently via Telegram or other chats.
• Interest in Blockchain/ DeFi (preferred).

What you'll do:

• Manage the CEO's calendar both externally and within the team.
